Last updated on 2 October 2026. These terms apply to everyone who uses YourAIPool.
1. What YourAIPool is
YourAIPool connects consultants in AI and technology, and students working toward that, with companies that are looking for them. We are also preparing courses and we help people earn an official Claude certificate. You can read how it works on the homepage.
2. Signing up and costs
Submitting an application is free. We review every application. If we approve yours, you get a payment link for a one-time activation fee: €75 for consultants and €50 for students. After that we activate your profile. The activation fee is not refunded. Legal rights that cannot be excluded still apply. Employers pay nothing to send in their request. We tell you about any fees for the introduction or for a job up front, before you make a choice.
3. Courses
We are still preparing the courses in AI and data. What exactly you learn, when they start and what they cost will be announced later. Until then you can ask for free advice. Before you enrol in a course, we tell you what it costs.
4. Claude certification
Claude certificates are not issued by YourAIPool or DaLoFe, but by Anthropic, PBC. Anthropic sets the exams, the prices and the rules. The exam is supervised, a certificate is valid for 12 months and you must be 18 or older. Through our registration, we can help approved applicants sign up for the exam. We do not assess the exam and we cannot guarantee that you will pass. A proof of attendance for a course is not a certificate. Anthropic can change the details at any time. 5. No guarantee of work
Signing up or sending in a request does not guarantee that there will be a match, that a match leads to a job, or that we approve your application. We review applications and bring parties into contact with each other. What they agree on after that is up to them.
6. Who can take part
You must be at least 18. You give correct and current information, and only information that you are allowed to share. You do not use the site to mislead others or to disrupt the site.
7. Liability
We do our best to keep the site and our services working well, but we cannot promise that everything is always error-free or available. DaLoFe is not liable for indirect damage, such as lost income or a missed job. Where we are liable anyway, it is never for more than the amount you paid in activation fees. This does not apply in case of intent or deliberate recklessness, or to damage for which the law does not allow liability to be excluded.
8. Governing law and changes
Dutch law applies to these terms. We may change this text. The version on this page is the version that applies. How we handle your data is described in the privacy statement and the cookie policy.
